	If you are a system admin, someone who works with many different networks or who has a connection with a dynamic address, IP is here to make your life easier. It displays a small menu item in the menu bar which lists all the available IP addresses for your computer, and it can send them regularly to a mail address or an FTP server of your choice. Although IP is a shareware, you can use the basic features without having to pay. If you don't buy a licence, you won't be able to send the addresses by mail or on an FTP server more than a few times, but you will still be able to display all the IP addresses in the menu.

			Menu interface IP has a very minimal interface to be very handy and yet discrete. Only a small icon will appear on the right of the menu bar from wich you can see all relevant informations, open the preferences window or quit the application.


			Preferences and options IP offers to display only the informations you really need, and personalize the way they are displayed. You can also set basic behavior such as the refreshing interval or wether the application should automatically open when you log in. It is also possible to change the icon of the menu to one of the IP so that it is always displayed.


			Mail and FTP If your main IP often changes but you still want to be able to access your computer remotely, IP offers you the possibility to mail your addresses to an email or even write them in a text file on an FTP server so that you can know what is your computer's IP.


			Growl notifications If Growl is installed on your computer, it can display notifications when new IP adresses appear for your computer, or when adresses are no longer valid.


			Copy & paste When you select one of the addresses displayed in IP, it is automatically copied to the pasteboard so that you can easily use it.
