ImageViewerCMPlugIn is a nice image viewer application
accessible from the Finder using a contextual menu. It allows
you to view all the images within a directory and its subdirectories,
supporting dozens of formats. This makes ImageViewerCMPlugIn
a very useful application to quickly view and sort all your
pictures. ImageViewerCMPlugIn
comes along with the application ImageViewerApp on which
you can drag & drop the pictures and directories that
you want to view.

Contextual
menu
ImageViewerCMPlugIn is a
contextual menu accessible from anywhere in the Finder. You
don't have to select all the images: just select one image,
or a directory, and instantly the images show up in the application.
You can also tell the application to search for pictures in
subdirectories so that you don't have to go back to the Finder
everytime you want to see pictures in a subdirectory. ImageViewerCMPlugIn
is also compatible with Path Finder. |

The interface of ImageViewerCMPlugIn is simple
and intuitive. The application opens a fullscreen
window to display the images and the related informations.

Toolbar
and shortcuts
A single toolbar gives access to all the
commands of the application in a single click. To be more
discrete, the toolbar can remain invisible and appear only
when the mouse flies over. It is possible to customize the
toolbar by simple drag & drop. Moreover, all the commands
have a keyboard shorcut associated that gives you full control
from the keyboard. All the shortcuts are fully customizable in the preferences. |

Supported
formats
A great number of file formats are supported.
The usual formats (like JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF, etc) as well
as less usual formats (EPS, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop),
and many RAW formats (Canon CRW, Nikon NEF, etc). |

Advanced
PDF support
ImageViewerCMPlugIn not only offers you to
visualize the previews for PDF documents, it also allows you
to browse through the pages of the documents very easily.
You don't have to open Preview.app anymore to quickly view
a PDF file! |

External
editor
If you want to modify a picture that you
are viewing with ImageViewerCMPlugIn, you can set a default
external editor like Adobe Photoshop and just use the "open
in separate editor" button of the toolbar. The image
instantly opens in your image editor. |

Previews
If you want to have a global view of a set
of pictures, you can display the previews all the pictures
on the left of the screen. Clicking on one of the previews
automatically displays the picture in the main view. If you
don't want to see the previews, you can simply hide them. |

Sorting
pictures
If your pictures are all mixed-up from the
last holidays, you can use the sorting feature of ImageViewerCMPlugIn
to move or copy your pictures in different directories, simply
by pressing a key on the numpad. You can set up to 9 different
"categories". |

Deleting
pictures
When sorting pictures, you can mark some
of them as "deleted". They are not moved to the
trash until you quit the application, so it is always possible
to go back and unmark a deleted picture. |

Full
EXIF and metadata support
All digital cameras use the EXIF standard
to store infirmations about pictures in JPEG files. ImageViewerCMPlugIn
can read the EXIF tags and display them in a separate floating
window. This is useful for photographers that like
to know everything about their pictures. For other image formats, ImageViewerCMPlugIn can extract more informations from the metadata contained in certain file types. |

slideshow
